Meet Our Owner: Lauren
"I grew up in Northern Vermont and moved to Colorado when I was 19. I fell in love with Salida and the surrounding area and decided to find a way to make it my home. After working for years at the Post Office and at a few restaurants in town, the opportunity to start my own business came along. I tried out every name possible relating to the mountains or coffee on my friends and family but nothing stuck. Finally, my girlfriends suggested using my quirky love of flamingos and bright colors to call the trailer something crazy, but hopefully, memorable. We capitalize the G to emphasize our grab and Go model and the FlaminGo was born!"
